It’s not bad to talk to yourself. Friends enjoy having long conversations. But what’s bizarre and maddening to me is talking to yourself while pretending to be someone else. So, your brain would split into different parts. One part is you; that contains what you love, hate, fear, and desire. It’s the part that leads the path of the dreams—subconsciously—without the need to stop and think about what’s next. And there is the other part that you pretend to be. Then, there is the one part that represents the person you’re talking to, because whether you’re having a conversation with a real person or not, you expect them to react. So, you decide your actions and the other side’s reactions. Then, there is the possibility of talking with so many people at once, and the possibility of being so many people at once. And between all the probabilities, I cease to exist. I haven’t felt myself in a long time. These are the unhealthy conversations.
