I wish there was no hate
I wish we all believed in fate
I wish I was never born
So I don’t witness all the mourn
I wish we all lived in peace
For all the animosity, hatred, and revenge to be released
I wish war didn’t exist
I wish I wasn’t helpless standing in the midst
I wish color didn’t matter
Black, white, yellow, we’re all on the same latter
I curse all bowed heads
That follow orders, locked like dreads
I curse wars and bloodshed
I curse all the promises once said
I curse all the danger in discord
I curse all the swinging swords
Fighting for cruelty and injustice
Intellectual poverty pretending to be Custis
I curse them for sparing their bodies as weapons of the war
So that the killing and murder can go on

The Shadow of Doubt
I gave you my truly divine heart in the realm of love, where two hearts become one.
I looked into your eyes and saw doubt instead of confidence.
Like a leaf in the fall, your suspicions have dropped.
There was no respite from its pressure beneath me.
In the safe haven of faith, the chilling shadow of uncertainty cast its spell.
The fortress we painstakingly constructed
Instantaneously, it was toppled.
Nevertheless, I was able to find strength in the ruins of betrayed confidence.
Uh, Twenties
Twenties, best time of your life they said.
Twenties, young, wild, and free they claimed.
No money, no answers, no time
But twenties! It’s all fun!
No direction, no certainty, no love
But twenties! It is fine!
Make sure to study, to go out, to make friends,
But ensure that your time is well spent.
Hit the gym once or twice,
And give your driver’s licence a try.
But by the way, when’s graduation? It’s about time!
And did you meet someone? We want grandchildren some time!
But focus on your career, it is important.
Independency is good, but loneliness is unpleasant.
What an oxymoron to my ear
We’re supposed to be energetic,
but we’re just tired every day of the year.
Be happy, ambitious, enthusiastic.
Climb mountains, swim oceans, travel the word.
Little did they know that pressure is a shark.
And us little fishes drowning in the ride.
We’ll eventually find our path in due time.
And make the twenties a state of mind.
We’ll figure it out, I’m sure.
We just need to hold on, be brave, and endure.
Take risks and make mistakes.
And do it on our own time frame.
And maybe one day, we’ll say.
That twenties were the best time anyway.
Sequel of Ignorance
I once was so lost, so alone
A gigantic gap in my life
One question: how to make it right?
I dug to find a way to faith
The path they say “makes you live”
Reaching the doorstep of that holy place for the first time
I felt a warmth that I had never known
Tears, grasps, goosebumps and joy
I knew that I had found the way to make it right
I started to read and learn more
About the faith that I had ignored
The deeper I dug, the more I found
I felt so grateful for this blessing
And I knew that my spirits would lift
I felt the peace that comes with knowing
And my love for Allah started growing
I started to pray and feel the grace
And I knew that I had found the way to make it right
I felt my soul start to shine
And I knew that everything would be purified
So now I stand here, grateful and strong
Knowing that I have been given a bond
With my faith and my Lord
brought to that blessed light
Experience
If you can venture past the familiar shore
And embrace the unknown with an open core
To seek out vast vistas and landscapes strange
And with every step, let your spirit change
If you can greet the dawn with unbridled zest
And chase the sun to the glowing west
In every adventure, find wisdom and grace
And learn the tales that time cannot erase
If you can walk the path that’s never been tread
Or let curiosity guide you instead
To taste the flavors of distant lands
And forge connections with outstretched hands
If you can meet the world with arms flung wide
And let the winds of change be your guide
To scale the mountains, cross the seas, And soar above life’s uncertainties
If you can marvel at nature’s grand design
And feel the heartbeat of stars that align
To seek out beauty in every form
And find solace amidst the raging storm
If you can find your place among the stars
And leave your imprint on this world of ours
Then yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it
And – what is more – you’ll live, my friend, every minute!
Fleeting Laughter
In laughter’s wake, we spiral down as mirthful hearts in joy abound
Ephemeral joy, a fleeting crown, in transient bliss, our sorrows drown
Each chuckle weaves a tale of loss and shadows cast by moonlight’s gloss
As time escapes, a subtle cost, for every laugh, a memory tossed
In vibrant hues, the echoes dance a vivid tapestry, entranced
Yet in their steps, a somber trance, as fleeting beats, our lives advance
For every laugh, a whisper slips, like sand through fingers, moments drip
From clutching hands, life’s fragile grips, in dying fun, our essence rips
In merriment, we trade and spend, a currency we can’t amend
Moments we will never grasp again, as laughter fades, a silent end
The joy we lost, the laughter spent, in memories, our hearts lament.
Casablanca
It is cruel to get lost in my hometown.
Although I know all the streets and the paths
Even at nights and without any lights,
I can find my way with closed eyes.
Yes, believe it or not. I can also name its ghosts,
And show you their fathers’ hidden corpse.
, yet I get lost, but how did I? Why am I lost?
I am all surrounded by familiar faces.
They look at me with their warm looks full of expectations.
They want me to be…
The woman they failed to be.
, or the woman they regretted being.
They want me to have their balanced and unbalanced life.
Although I dreamed of no life.
They want me to fit in their world.
A miserable world full of unfairness
Under what they call sacrifices.
In my hometown streets, I saw…
Miserable children who lost the faith,
and replaced their toys with spades.
I saw cruelty in the eyes of the old.
Everything looked unbelievably odd.
My hometown was not as any other town.
It was black when it was exposed to be white.
As an ugly Snow white.
Its contradictions will always make you wonder.
My dear hometown,
Although I know my way,
between your paradoxes I get lost.
but how did I? Why am I lost?
My Love
Lying asleep in my hell,
I saw my love over my cell,
glowing as shining stars,
brighter than flaming fires,
and as pale as worn-out pages.
He had this devilish look of a serial killer.
That I feebly admired for ages.
He has the wounds of a merciless fighter.
He was too bad to be a decent man,
, and too vivid for a dead man.
His thoughts were dark, but not as my deeds.
We both mastered the magic of playing in battlefields.
We survived many bombs together.
The bombs of life and the shells of its fire.
When anxiety knocked my door,
he slapped it by his bare hands
until his blood filled my entire pool.
When life tired his soul,
I found him looking for me between the haystacks.
My love only knew me as a cure.
With his bleeding hands
he paved me the way.
He did not care about the pain.
He just wanted to have me all along the way.
For him and I,
Despite of my stoned heart, I decided to stay.
Because simply love makes even devils partially obey
Learn how to find beauty in a mundane
Learn how to find beauty in a mundane
Learn how to be remedy for your burning soul
Appreciate the nature that surrounds you.
The nature which can be manifested in the complex behaviour of human beings.
The complexity is what turns out to be fascinating.
One should be aware about self awareness self love, but is that enough? And correct me if m wrong.
Being wrong for being purely authentic in my feelings.
Being wrong for loving from the bottom of my heart
Childhood
I was sitting before a glass window
Having a sip from my mug
Watching children play a riveting show
That awakened some memories from a grave I dug
The sounds of juvenile bodies laughing and kicking their ball
Took me back to the old times
The old times where I used to run in every hall
Laughing and dancing while singing nursery rhymes
The good old days when my hobby was to run and bounce
or be a young prince fighting the ogre living in the park
When words like death and suicide were too hard to pronounce
And my worst fear was to sleep all alone in the dark
The good old days where my only worry was missing my evening cartoon
Or if my grandma is making me my favorite soup
Back when I used to steal from her tiny kitchen like a raccoon
To bribe and feed the sleeping stray cat next to her stoop
The show ended and each actor parted their way
As their ballet turned into a fray
Because of this ballet, my memories got rekindled
And now my only wish is to turn back into a child
