Say to the struggler in grief, I was in a deep sadness

I had never thought that this grief would disappear

This is a normal situation, fixed in the heart and bitter

But after a while, all the suffering disappears

Do not show tears, and do not be afraid of being blamed

Find pleasure near to you, and if you notice pain, stop

Let the pain go, away and never back

And look for kindness, and be wherever joy exists

Do not shed tears after that, like a stream of water

You went through weakness, and so did I

And conditions worsened at night, and I stayed awake

But this situation faded away, as it was the case for me

So be patient with your sadness, and close the path of pain

Do not hesitate to be happy, and if you find it then do

Be patient, not anxious, and be armed with endurance
